Position Highlights


We are looking for an organized and detail oriented individual to be part of the Violation Ticket Dispute Unit.


The Violation Ticket Representative plays a crucial role in the Driver Licensing & Corporate Affairs Department. This role is
mainly focused on reviewing and processing a high volume of documents for accuracy and performing various administrative
tasks as required. In addition, this role will respond to various inquiries from the public regarding the administration of violation
ticket disputes and appeals processes.


The above requirements would typically be met through job related skills training related to office administration as well as
customer service experience.


The candidate must demonstrate excellent trustworthiness and a high degree of integrity. A review of the candidate’s driver’s
license and/or contravention record will be completed as part of the recruitment process.


Please note that shifts are scheduled within the hours of operation:


Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
Saturdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm


Must be flexible to work on Saturdays, and until 6:00 pm Monday to Friday.

Work arrangements defined: 

 

  • Hybrid 10 – you will work a minimum of 10 days in a 4-week period at your primary office headquarters (typically one week in/one week out or up to 3 days per week). The remaining days will be remote within British Columbia.
