Our Estimators work in a team environment and provide an advanced level of material damage estimating. First and foremost, we are focused on providing excellent customer service.
Estimator responsibilities also include:
• Assessing damage to vehicles, including specialized heavy equipment and non-typical commercial vehicles
• Repair/replace authorization on personal claims including technically complex vehicles
• Reviewing and discussing the estimate and repair process with customers, collision repair facilities, and other business partners
• Supplier support
• Problem solving
• Quality and cost control
Position Requirements
The Estimator responsibilities include field work in repair facilities, tow yards and salvage facilities throughout the region, and
occasionally work outdoors in all weather conditions. Some travel will be required.
Successful candidates will have:
• Previous automotive material damage estimating experience and a collision repair diploma, trade certification or industry
training
• A relevant combination of education and experience in automotive material damage
• Knowledge of current standards, techniques, technological developments and material damage estimating methods
• Demonstrated ability to effectively work with customers and other business partners
• Ability to leverage effective customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Proficiency with computers and software applications
Successful candidates must also pass a health assessment based on the job requirements, meet the provincially legislated
requirements of the Criminal Records Review Act, and have a valid BC driver's license.

Work arrangements defined:
- Hybrid 8 – you will work a minimum of 8 days in a 4-week period at your primary office headquarters (typically 2 days per week). The remaining days will be remote within British Columbia.
