Position Highlights
The Claims Division has exciting opportunities across BC for Auto Claims Specialist II to join their team! You will manage a caseload of non-injury claims and handle cases through all stages of investigation, evaluation, file developmentand settlement.

 

Position Requirements

  • Successful candidates will have a minimum one year of proven claims adjusting experience and knowledge of the principles, practices, and techniques for the adjustment of material and property damage.
  • Demonstrated customer service excellence and effective negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage caseloads in a fast-paced environment.
  • An insurance designation or actively working on completing a designation will be an asset. For certain departments, previous experience in commercial claims adjusting will be a strong asset.

Work arrangements defined: 

  • Hybrid 8 – you will work a minimum of 8 days in a 4-week period at your primary office headquarters (typically 2 days per week). The remaining days will be remote within British Columbia.
