Position Highlights
The Autoplan Processing Services Support Services team has an opening for a Senior Autoplan Processing Support Services Representative in North Vancouver.
In this role, you will draw on your superb problem solving and technical skills to provide support and advice to internal and external customers. You will provide technical support in researching, analyzing and resolving errors and discrepancies related to the processing of motor vehicle, insurance and Autoplan transactions and to provide feedback on procedural and systems changes.
This role also handles more complex account transactions that require Autoplan financing.
Position Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to bring the following skills and experience:
* Knowledge of relevant policies, acts and regulations, as well as relevant products and services as they pertain to the processing of insurance premiums
* Analytical and problem solving skills to research and identify errors and changes related to the processing of motor vehicle and insurance and Autoplan transactions
* Effective customer service and communication skills to explain policies in understandable terms
* Strong organizational skills to prioritize, adapt and adapt to changing demands
* Ability to concentrate on various tasks, while handling interruptions and time pressures
* Previous broker, PolicyCenter system, and call center experience would be an asset.

Work arrangements defined:
- Hybrid 8 – you will work a minimum of 8 days in a 4-week period at your primary office headquarters (typically 2 days per week). The remaining days will be remote within British Columbia.
