Position Highlights 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly driven HRIS Analyst for a permanent position at our Corporate Head Office in North Vancouver. This role contributes to the development, sustainment, and support of Human Resources systems and activities within HR programs, business planning and operational requirements.

 

This position serves as a technical point of contact for our Human Resources systems and applications (primarily People Portal (SuccessFactors, Sodales) and legacy SAP system) and:

  • Provides first level technical support, advice, troubleshooting and resolution for incidents and tickets relating to all HR functional areas / modules;
  • Monitors, analyzes and supports the resolution of replication issues in collaboration with HR Administration and ISD;
  • Participates in and supports the Senior HRIS Analysts with ongoing system and data changes, fixes, and upgrades for all HR modules/applications;
  • Works closely with Senior HRIS Analysts and HR business colleagues to understand business processes, needs, problems and priorities;
  • Performs business analysis to elicit, refine, and document requirements and identify gaps, risks and dependencies;
  • Conducts testing (user acceptance, regression, production validation) and defect resolution in collaboration with HR and IT partners;
  • Partners with ISD to manage and administer system permissions and access requests.

 

Position Requirements

The ideal candidate will combine HR education with knowledge of HR programs, concepts, and data, along with experience in HRIS administration (SuccessFactors, SAP) and system sustainment and support practices. They will demonstrate the ability to:

Work arrangements defined: 

  • Hybrid 8 – you will work a minimum of 8 days in a 4-week period at your primary office headquarters (typically 2 days per week). The remaining days will be remote within British Columbia.
