Position Highlights

The Account Services team is seeking a Coordinator with demonstrated knowledge and experience in Account Services as a Finance Account Services Rep, debt collection,  and claim recovery practices to support the efficient and effective operation of the unit.

 

As an Account Services Coordinator, you will provide guidance, support, and training to a designated team while assisting with escalated customer situations. You will help foster a positive and productive work environment and contribute to the development and implementation of processes that support operational effectiveness and service excellence.

 

 

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to guide, coach, and support employees in a leadership capacity.
  • Experience in Account Services, including customer account management, collections, payment arrangements, and debt recovery processes.
  • Knowledge of a Finance Account Services Rep’s practices and procedures.
  • Experience with claim recovery, debt collections, and recovery operations, including the application of relevant policies and procedures.

 

The hours of operation are between 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Shifts may vary depending on operational needs.

Work arrangements defined: 

  • Hybrid 8 – you will work a minimum of 8 days in a 4-week period at your primary office headquarters (typically 2 days per week). The remaining days will be remote within British Columbia.
