Position Highlights
The Account Services department is seeking two full-time Claims Recovery Representatives with demonstrated and/or working knowledge of debt collection, subrogation and claims recovery practices to join the team. As the Claims Recovery Representative, you will perform a debt collection function in the recovery of monies owed to the Corporation. You will also assist in ensuring team productivity reaches or exceeds standards and will work to resolve standard, complex and unusual enquiries from internal and external customers.
The hours of operation are between 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Shifts may vary depending on operational needs.
Position Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent customer services skills;
- Strong problem solving skills and critical thinking;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Experience with collections, subrogation, and claims recovery;
- Efficient and quality call handling.
- Ability to de‑escalate situations and support distressed customers.
- Previous experience in Account Services.

Work arrangements defined:
- Hybrid 8 – you will work a minimum of 8 days in a 4-week period at your primary office headquarters (typically 2 days per week). The remaining days will be remote within British Columbia.
