The Autoplan Processing Support Services team is seeking a candidate with excellent customer service
experience for an Autoplan Processing Support Services Representative I position in North Vancouver. In this
role you will perform a variety of functions for the department including processing requests for vehicle
information, financial transactions and reviewing/updating a variety of database systems on behalf of the Call Center departments.
Responsibilities will include:
*Performing a variety of clerical support functions such as opening files, distributing incoming mail/efaxes, documenting plate returns
*Keying information such as changes of address into databases and other insurance information
*Completing weekly reports
*Performing a variety of financial transactions
*Performing daily cash and credit card payment reconciliation
*Preparing and delivering departmental deposits and setting up access, debits and balances for on-line
vehicle damage search accounts
*Contacting points of service and customers to obtain information
*Notifying on-line account holders when there are insufficient funds to pay for vehicle damage searches
Successful applicants will bring:
*Exceptional customer service skills and a strong telephone manner
*Great attention to detail, accuracy and analytical skills
The above requirements would typically be met through high school graduation and job specific skills training
related to clerical support and a few months of related experience.
Note that this role requires 4 days in office and 1 day at home after the training is done.

Work arrangements defined:
- Hybrid 8 – you will work a minimum of 8 days in a 4-week period at your primary office headquarters (typically 2 days per week). The remaining days will be remote within British Columbia.
