Position Highlights:
The Integration Delivery Team has an opening for a Administrative Assistant - General commencing as close to August 17, 2026 as workable. This position resides out of the North Vancouver Head Office location.
Your scope of work will include:
- Providing assistance to managers across multiple departments; anticipating needs and taking independent action on a broad range of administrative tasks;
- Calendar and inbox management, booking meetings, resolving scheduling conflicts;
- Onboarding & Offboarding staff, consultants, co-ops, interns, contractors, managers – including managing access requests and technical equipment requests;
- Consulting with HR and other teams when required to help address manager and staff issues like time entry, HR questions, etc.;
- Coordination of department meetings and large events;
- Providing administrative assistance to the teams in the group;
- Coordination of travel arrangements in accordance with corporate policies
- Preparing and maintaining documents, correspondence and reports, presentations and statistics which require demonstrated proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Review and processing of expenses on behalf of managers
Ensuring appropriate online filing and organization of key business documents; - Financial/budgeting support including running SAP reports, variance reporting, journal vouchers, shopping carts and managing the office supplies budget;
- SharePoint updates access for the department, site administration and updating ISD org charts.
To make an immediate contribution to the team, you will bring:
• Demonstrated ability to be pro-active in an administrative role, collaborating on building efficient and effective processes and communications to managers and teams that you support;
• Demonstrated experience in working with SAP
• A strong customer service attitude and effective interpersonal skills including the ability to use tact and discretion while taking on a wide range of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment;
• Able to multi task and independently complete activities to support the department;
• A good working knowledge of spreadsheets, word processing and other productivity and business software – specifically MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SharePoint and SAP is considered an asset;
• Good working knowledge of MS Office suite including MS Teams and Outlook;
• You have been described as a self-starter who can juggle many tasks at once, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to quickly learn new systems and process;
• You are a great communicator and a team player that is always there to help your team and fellow admins.

The above requirements would typically be acquired through previous experience in an administrative role especially within an IT work environment.

Work arrangements defined:
- Hybrid 8 – you will work a minimum of 8 days in a 4-week period at your primary office headquarters (typically 2 days per week). The remaining days will be remote within British Columbia. Please note there are updates to the hybrid model, starting September. This role will be moving to 2 days per week in office.
