We are seeking an independent, professional individual who has demonstrated strong leadership skills to be a Client Service Representative Supervisor. You will play a key role in providing leadership to a group of Client Service Representatives with responsibilities including assigning, monitoring, and assessing work.
Your proven communication skills will allow you to thoroughly explain licensing policies and procedures to customers. Just as important are your strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assist you in accurately determining if requirements for driver's licenses renewals, duplicates, BC Service Cards and BCID cards have been met.
You support an environment of continuous improvement by embedding Operational Excellence tools such as process confirming and coaching employees to their fullest potential.
Position Requirements
Your qualifications include knowledge of the acts, regulations, policies, procedures and guidelines related to licensing to process transactions and respond to anomalies. Previous supervisory experience is considered a strong asset and proven experience handling cash in a fast-paced, transactional environment is required
Position Information
Please note hours could be either 8:30-16:30 or 8:45-16:45 and days could be either Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday. This will be a seniority-based shift bid.
