Our Strategic Sourcing department has an exciting opportunity in a rapidly growing strategic sourcing department and are seeking candidates to fulfill the role of Senior Supply Analyst.
A successful candidate in this role will be working on a diverse portfolio, with opportunities to learn and work with various departments such as Information Technology, Claims, Human Resources, Facilities and Insurance. Projects will range in complexity from small to medium, with further opportunities to job shadow/assist on higher complexity files to gain knowledge and experience to further develop professional skills required for career advancement into more senior roles.
Successful candidates should have experience with the following:
- Small to medium sized public competitive bid processes: NRFP, RFPQ, RFQ, ITB
- Working with business areas to identify and articulate business requirements, scoring criteria, evaluation processes and supplier contract negotiations
- Familiarity with applicable trade agreements and policy
- Ability to lead cross functional project teams
- Working to strict timeline and project completion dates
- An ongoing focus on continuous improvement and process efficiencies
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- MS Office suite of products, electronic bidding software and SharePoint are all beneficial
- Candidates must have at least 18 months of experience in public procurement and must have posted at least one RFX.

Work arrangements defined:
