We are actively seeking for Remote Estimating Support Assistants to provide estimating and administrative support in various offices including:
Lower Mainland Salvage
Fraser Valley
Vancouver Island
Northern & Southern Interior
Position Highlights
Typical responsibilities include:
• Driving to tow yards, repair facilities, residences, and off-site locations to collect information on damaged vehicles
• Creating detailed descriptions of vehicle conditions
• Taking digital images that support written documentation
• Uploading documents, images and notes into the system for Estimators and Adjusters to review
• Retrieving, documenting, recording and making notes to files as well as loading and storing estimates and supplements
• Running fair values using related systems and checks against other online sources of information
• Providing general support to Estimators as required
Position Requirements:
• Superior organization and multi-tasking skills
• Strong administrative skills and able to use a variety of tools to action tasks
• Digital camera and image capturing experience
• Basic automotive knowledge including vehicle types, descriptions and parts
• Good understanding of computers and applications
• Ability to clearly communicate information to customers
• Able to work in all weather conditions
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• Knowledge of relevant claims and material damage policies and procedures will be an asset

Please note: this position is based 100% in the office and will require working on-site at the Salvage yard.
